Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

α-blockers

  • tamsulosin (Flomax)
  • terazosin
  • doxazosin

HTNとBPHが両方ある人は「α-blockers」。でも、目的はあくまでBPH。HTNの治療ではない。

PDE5-inhibitorとα-blockersのコンビはcontraindiated.

「α-blockers」と「PDE5-inhibitors」のコンビネーションは、LUTSの治療には有効的でwell-tolerated (Qiangzhao et al., 2020).
