Syncope & Orthostatic Hypotension
Young adult => neurally mediated or reflex syncope (most common type of syncope) 患者さんが若かったら大体このタイプ（試験問題で）
Older adult => Orthostatic hypotension or cardiac syncope。「cardiac」系ではarrhythmiaがmost common。「post-prandial/食後」のsyncope => older adult。若い人にはあまり起こらない。
